Tribe Juice ships via UPS and USPS local. Shipping takes 2 days on orders placed during business hours Monday - Friday. Processing time is 1-2 business days. All Sea Moss Gel and Cold Pressed Juice orders are made to order to ensure the highest freshness and quality.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Sea Moss and Cold Pressed Juice. This product cannot be resold after being handled or consumed by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Cold Pressed Juice
what is cold pressed?
Tribe Juice uses a cold-pressed juicing technique that crushes and gently presses the ingredients. While cold-pressing yields the highest amount of juice, it also generates no additional heat. The final result is a refreshing juice that was gently cold-pressed, keeping nutrients and enzymes from fruits and vegetables in-tact!
Cold-pressed juicing allows you to pack in the highest nutrition possible in one go. As an added benefit, Tribe Juice’s cold-pressed juices have a shelf life of a few days, meaning that you can expect the nutrient content and taste to remain as fresh as possible.

How long will my juice last?
Our juices are cold pressed fresh every morning from raw, fresh produce, and contain no preservatives, additives and are not pasteurized. For this reason, your juices must be refrigerated at all times. The shelf life of the juice is 2 or 3 days (please check the recommended use by date), and once opened we recommend consumption within 12 hours.
Can you freeze cold pressed juice?
If you are getting our raw, cold-pressed juice shipped to you, you can either put it into your refrigerator and drink it within 3 days or you can put it into your freezer and keep it there for up to six months! Juice that is completely frozen will take approximately 24 hours to thaw out when placed in the refrigerator.
Can i drink cold pressed juice while pregnant?
It's not safe to drink unpasteurized juice while you're pregnant, because it may contain harmful bacteria from the raw fruits and vegetables used to make the juice. These bacteria can cause food poisoning (illnesses such as listeriosis and toxoplasmosis), which can be especially dangerous during pregnancy.
Sea Moss
How Do I make sea moss gel?
1.) Rinse a handful of Sea Moss well and put in a container with enough water to cover it and soak for at least 4 hours. You can also add a squeeze of lime juice while soaking to neutralize Seamoss taste.
2.) Remove Sea Moss from water then place in blender with just enough water to cover the Sea Moss and blend until it makes a smooth paste.
3) Your seamoss is now ready to be used in your smoothies, tea, desserts and even face masks!
Store refrigerated in a clean glass jar for up to 3 weeks.
how long does raw sea moss last?
You can leave the dried seamoss in the bag and in a cool dark place like your cupboard and will last over a year!
how much sea moss gel should i take?
The suggested serving for adults (12 years and older) 1 to 2 tablespoons of Sea Moss Gel per day. Each tablespoon is approx 20g.
when is the best time to take sea moss gel?
We recommend you take your Sea Moss Gel first thing in the morning (on and empty stomach) but Sea Moss Gel can be consumed at any time during the day or night.

Sea Moss Gel can be taken straight from the jar. It can also be added to hot and cold beverages, smoothies, juices, soups, stews, yogurt , porridge, batters, the list goes on and on.
Elderberry
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE ELDERBERRY AND HOW MUCH IS ONE DOSE?
We always recommend to talk with your physician and do your own research when it comes to using elderberry. Some of our customers take it year-round, others take it only when they are seeking to support their immune system. An adult serving is approximately one tablespoon and a child serving is approximately one teaspoon. You can take elderberry once a day or up to three times daily if needed.
WHAT MAKES YOUR ELDERBERRY PRODUCTS DIFFERENT FROM THE KIND I CAN BUY AT THE GROCERY STORE?
Two things distinguish us from store-bought elderberry syrup: ingredients and cost. As opposed to glucose syrup and other additives, we use raw, local honey in our syrup. Also, we don't add preservatives to our syrup, and our syrup is roughly 1/2 of the cost of store-bought elderberry syrup.
HOW DO I STORE MY ELDERBERRY SYRUP AND HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Our elderberry syrup will last approximately 60 days in the refrigerator. You can also freeze our elderberry syrup in ice cube trays for up to 6-8 months and thaw out smaller amounts as necessary. This is a great option for those families who do not intend to use elderberry syrup preventatively on a daily basis.
